Hello All
I just wanted to drop a line and compliment CasinoRewards on their exceptional customer service. I have been with CasinoRewards sites now for almost 6 years, I have tried other groups but always end up coming back and with good reason. I have yet to find another casino group that compares to the quick and satisfying customer service you guys have. Good example is Jim in the payments department, there was an issue with my withdrawal and method of payment, within 24 hrs problem solved and the payment is on its way - thanks Jim! I have in the past waited up 14 (business) days for other sites to resolve an issues like this and been treated rather rudely I might add. This is why I am and ALWAYS will be a diehard CasinoRewards fan. Thank you again guys and keep up the good work.
